LATE CANCELLATIONS-
I RESPECTFULLY ASK FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT AND NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.
IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE BASE PRICE. BEFORE ANY NEW SERVICE APPOINTMENT IS ACCEPTED THE CLIENT WILL NEED TO PAY THE ENTIRE LATE CANCELLATION INVOICE.
NO SHOW-
NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE MISSED SERVICE. BEFORE ANY NEW APPOINTMENT IS ACCEPTED, THE CLIENT WILL NEED TO PAY THE FULL MISSED SERVICE INVOICE.
REDO POLICY-
IF YOU ARE AT ALL UNSATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME OF YOUR SERVICE, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO NOTIFY ME OF YOUR CHALLENGES WITH YOUR HAIR AND I'LL GLADLY CORRECT THE ISSUE AND NO ADDITIONAL COST. ANY ISSUES NOTIFIED AFTER 7 DAYS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL COST TO BE CORRECTED.
BRIDAL/WEDDING POLICY-
ALL WEDDINGS SCHEDULED WITH ME WILL REQUIRE A RETURNED SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAID DEPOSIT. IF EITHER OF THOSE ARE NOT COMPLETED THE DATE WILL NOT BE BOOKED.
ALL BRIDES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE A TRIAL ABOUT 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF WEDDING, THE TRIAL WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE OF $45 TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF THE TRIAL SERVICE.
RETURN CHECK POLICY-
A RETURNED CHECK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25-$50+ DEPENDING ON THE BANK.
ALL SERVICES AND RETURN CHECK FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL FOLLOWING THE INVOICE IN 7 DAYS OR LESS.
PAYMENT OF SERVICES-
ALL PAYMENTS OF SERVICES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
